Busha Browne Hot Pepper Sauce

In the 19th century, Jamaican planters, or "bushas", would celebrate their prowess in the saddle by throwing a lavish dinner to decide who could produce the hottest dishes. Busha Browne's Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce is a valuable ingredient in the preparation of Jamaican hot dishes. It gives that extra spicy fillip to meat stews, chicken, fish, or soups, and is particularly applicable to creole and cajun cooking. It is also used as a table sauce, but be warned, it is very hot and not for the fainthearted.
